Jack's Fantasy Tool 2026 v5

A League Has No Name • Championship Decision Model v2

10 teams • tiered PPR • 3 FLEX FantasyPros auto refresh • ESPN and DraftSharks manual comparison Rankings not refreshed
Built to defend the title

Jack gets Brandon's process, not a generic fantasy list.

This tool combines current 2026 rankings with the league's unusual scoring, three flex spots, two championship roster builds, disciplined decision-making, receiver offensive environment and matchup-driven defense streaming.

The repeatable championship rules

Player names change. The operating system does not.

No emotion, no name chasing

Trust the board, role and current environment. Do not reach because a player is familiar, exciting or was part of a previous winning team.

Receivers inherit their environment

A receiver rises when he has a good, dependable quarterback inside an offense capable of producing yards and touchdowns.

Stable core, unstable edges

Keep high-value starters. Constantly recycle defense, backup quarterback, injury replacements and the last bench spots.

Offense first on draft day

The league starts nine offensive players. Draft valuable RB, WR and TE depth before spending meaningful capital on defense.

Stream against bad offenses

Target defenses facing weak offenses, unreliable or injured quarterbacks and offenses traveling away from home.

Waivers are the real trade market

Build the roster as though the draft and waivers must solve every need. Trades remain opportunistic rather than necessary.

Ignore draft cost in September

Start the current role and matchup. A famous name or early draft price does not earn a lineup spot.

Plan defenses early

Several league rivals stream aggressively. Identify the weak offense before everyone else reaches the same matchup.

Playoffs are one-week problems

Hold future defenses, backup QBs, second tight ends and injury-away RBs when each roster spot has direct elimination value.

Decision rule: Do not draft the name. Draft the value, role, quarterback and offensive environment that exist right now.

Waiver rules from the title runs

1. Replace the edge, not the foundation

A temporary bench player can be cut quickly. A proven core starter should not be dropped after one bad result.

2. Opportunity beats last week's points

Prioritize new volume, injury-created roles and short-area targets over a player who scored on limited usage.

3. Look one week ahead at defense

Several rivals stream aggressively. The best defense for next week may need to be added today.

4. Trades are optional

Do not leave a roster hole open because a hypothetical trade might solve it later.

Roster edge and defense planner

Protect the core, identify the first cut and reserve future defenses before rivals do.

Drop hierarchy

Defense matchup lab

The model prioritizes the weakness of the opposing offense, quarterback quality and status, and whether that offense must play away from home.

Day-of-draft intelligence

FantasyPros refreshes automatically. ESPN and DraftSharks can be added manually when you want a true comparison board.

The dependable default is a current FantasyPros board with Jack's league and championship adjustments applied. Add ESPN or DraftSharks manually only when you want a blended comparison.

The objective is not to copy the 2024 or 2025 player names. It is to reproduce the process that preserved the core, attacked waivers, streamed defense, ignored sunk draft cost and optimized each playoff week.

Settings and backups

Everything is stored locally in this browser unless exported.

Championship decision profile

These defaults translate the two title runs and draft prompt into adjustable recommendation weights.

Receiver offensive environment

Rankings create an automatic baseline. Override a team when quarterback health, reliability or offensive outlook changes.

Current environment board

Strong environments help receivers. Weak environments become defense-streaming targets.

Draft-room team names

Enter the names after the 2026 draft order is known. Slot matching makes the all-team roster tracker easier to use.

Ranking import

Paste JSON as an array of objects with name, team, pos and rank. Optional fields include tier, bye, risk and notes. Imported rankings replace the embedded board.

Backup and transfer

Export after the draft or before moving to another device. The file contains draft picks, roster, weekly scores, waiver candidates and settings.
